ChrisKitch in Hoxton was a firm favourite of ours this year; the experience was fantastic. The owner, Christian Honour, has created the perfect atmosphere alongside some truly exceptional food. A real culinary treat.

This Thai/Mediterranean restaurant blew us away back in the summer with its tapas style sharing menu and incredible use of fresh, local ingredients. The casual dining experience alongside truly incredibly food has had us coming back again and again throughout the year.

The Chapel, Islington

With a different concept to hairdressing, we really enjoyed our visit to The Chapel in Islington – so much so that there have been several follow-up appointments.

Bringing Levant cuisine to Borough Market is Arabica. We thoroughly enjoyed dining on their incredible hummus and delicious semolina seafood – and cannot wait to revisit in 2017!

City Social Interior 4

City Social, Moorgate

24 floors high Jason Atherton’s City Social impressed in our February 2016 Access London issue. The Romney Marsh lamb fillet and whole Dover sole impressed to no end!

This London Fields salon showed us just how fantastic getting your hair should make you feel. With their entirely organic product list and exceptionally friendly staff, we couldn’t have been more impressed by Glasshouse Salon.

Sodo, Lower Clapton

Luca from Venice warmed our hearts whilst the delicious pizza from this Clapton abode filled our stomachs. This sourdough pizzeria is a firm favourite with all here at Access London!

The Gun terrace

The Gun, Docklands

Overlooking the Thames with fantastic views is a pub nestled away on a residential street is The Gun. The gastropub food was some of the best we’ve ever experienced; the red mullet brings back fond memories!
