At Keatons, we don't just help people buy, sell and rent their next home, we also help the local communities that we're lucky enough to call our home.
Our team of professionals based across our nine branches live and breathe London, and have done for over 20 years. For us, our job is more than simply sales, lettings and management in these neighbourhoods, it's about giving something back and supporting the foundations that make a place feel like home.
We do this because we want to make your home, and ours, better places to live. It's all part of our mission to be the local London estate agent working with passion and purpose.
Over the years we have built up strong relationships with local schools and will continue to do so in the future. We provide sponsorship, donations and promotion of school events, and we are proud of the support we give to these partnerships.

Graham Ford | Headteacher
School 21, Stratford, E15
"During the second Lockdown Keatons generously supported the school in providing food and toiletries that could be offered to any of our families in need. This donation was the start of a partnership with the school and we look forward to being supported further with our fundraising events, including our Summer Fair, our food store, and other events over the year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Keatons and for making a difference."

The Childhood Trust is a charity committed to alleviating the impact of poverty on children and young people in London.
Members of the Keatons team will be working on local projects with the Childhood Trust on its dedicated volunteer days. Programmes and projects include working with:
The aim of these and other projects is to provide vital support services to children and young people dealing with poverty, violence, food insecurity and social isolation, as well as for children with additional or complex needs.
"Keatons has always been actively involved in our branches' local communities, but we wanted to take this support up a level and work with a leading London charity that focuses on child welfare. We wanted to find a charity that we could support in person, one where we could be actively involved in volunteer days and not just simply donate money.
"The majority of our team are from East London, so it was important to us that we could support a charity that was helping people in the communities where many of us were born. The Childhood Trust ticks all these boxes and from the get-go we have built a really great relationship with them." - Lars Gooch | Operations director, Keatons>

Local businesses are the lifeblood of our neighbourhoods, and we love the entrepreneurial spirit and innovation they bring to our communities.
Where we can, we support and champion the people that help make a difference to our neighbourhoods, and that starts by shouting about them here.
